West Bengal JEE 2023 Mop-Up Round Counselling
The applicants must pay INR 200 to participate in the WBJEE mop-up round. All candidates who have registered may skip this stage. During the mop-up phase, candidates may also change their already-filled choices. Candidates from the following categories are eligible for the wbjeeb.nic.in mop-up round:
- Those who completed Round 1 of admission
- Whoever successfully finished Round 2 admittance
- Those who failed not to finish Round 2 entrance
- Those whose category has been altered as a result of Round 2 document verification
- Individuals who paid the seat acceptance fee but did not show up for document verification
- Those who received no allocation in Round 1 or Round 2
WB JEE Counselling Fee Payment 2023
After registering, applicants must pay a counseling cost for the WBJEE of Rs. 500. Applicants can pay online using any mode of transaction given on portal ex: credit or debit card etc.. It should be emphasized that the counseling cost is not in the form of reimbursement.
WBJEE Choice Filling 2023
The enrolled applicants must fill out their online selection of institutions and courses from WHJEE website. The options must be chosen in the preferred order. Before the given final date, the selected selections must be edited and locked. The system will automatically lock the most recent stored choices if applicants cannot lock their selections before the deadline. For future use, a printout of the completed options must be made.
WBJEE Seat Allocation 2023
Through online, centralized wbjeeb.nic.in counselling, the authorities will award seats to the enrolled candidates according on their merit, their preferences, and the number of seats. The authorities will perform three rounds of seat distribution. After checking in with their credentials, students can view the status of their WBJEEE 2023 allocation. There won’t be any individual letters of allocation delivered to the applicants. Applicants must pay the seat acceptance fee online (net banking, credit card, debit card) or offline (e-challan of Allahabad Bank) to get the online seat allocation letter. The WBJEE counselling seat acceptance cost is Rs 5000.

Applicants whose seats are determined by the WBJEE counselling process in 2023 must report to their respective reporting centers to have their documentation validated. The candidates must additionally pay the appropriate fee. The reporting centers must receive the following set of documents for verification:
- WBJEE score or rank card for 2023.
- Provisional allocation letter for WBJEE 2023.
- WBJEE Admit card
- Certificate from the 10th grade (or a comparable test) to prove your identity and age.
- Verification of subject marks on the 10th standard (or equivalent) grade report card.
- Caste certificate (for applicants who are SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B).
