NEET Counselling 2023 Eligibility criteria
- Nationality: Indian citizen, OCI, NRI, PIO, or foreign national.
- Age: 17–25 (or 30–25 for restricted categories) years old.
- Educational Qualification: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English required.
- Minimum Marks: General category: 50% PCB aggregate (40% SC/ST/OBC-NCL, 45% PwD).
- NEET UG Qualification: Must pass NEET UG 2023 with a minimum percentile.

Reporting to the Allotted College
Candidates must register at their assigned college within the given time limit after seat allocation. If you don’t show up on time, you can lose your reservation.
Freezing, Floating, or Upgrading in NEET UG Counselling
Candidates have the option to freeze, float, or upgrade their allotted seats. Freezing means accepting the allotted seat and not participating in further rounds. Floating allows candidates to accept the allotted seat while also applying for further rounds in the hope of securing a better seat. Upgrading means surrendering the allotted seat in search of a better one. It is essential to understand these options and make wise decisions based on individual circumstances.
