Special survey Kannoongo	From AICTE-approved and SBTE-accredited institutions in the relevant states, a three-year civil engineering diploma is required, along with a minimum of two years’ work experience in government or recognized non-governmental organizations.
Special survey Amin	Get a three-year diploma in civil engineering from a state-approved university that is both SBTE-registered and AICTE-approved.
Special survey Clerk	with a bachelor’s degree from a reputable college or university.

Maximum Age

Age restriction as of January 1, 2023

• The minimum age is 21. (Settlement Officer, Special Survey Clerk, Special Survey Assistant)
• The minimum age is 18 years (Special survey Kannoongo, Special survey Amin)

Category Wise highest age

• BC/ EBC (Male & Female) – 40 Years UR (Female) – 40 Years SC/ ST (Male & Female) – 42 Years UR (Male) – 31 Years
• Age restrictions will be lowered by 10 years for applicants who are disabled.

Bihar DLRS Recruitment 2023 Pay Scale:

• Settlement Officer for Special Surveys, the salary of Rs. 59000 plus other allowance
• Special Survey Amin receives Rs. 31,000 with other benefits.
• Special Survey Kanungo: 36,000 rupees and other allowance
• 25000 + Additional Allowance for Special Survey Clerk
